Return Policy
While we hope you enjoy your new studioradek artwork, we are happy to chat about any issues concerning your satisfaction. We stand behind what we do and want you to love our products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via email to mail@studioradek.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, so that we can discuss a resolution together. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. (To be eligible for any of the above, all items must be returned in unused condition.)
Please email us if the item you received has been damaged during transit. A photo of the package with a shipping label and an image of the broken package and/or item will be required. Upon approval of your request, we will provide a Return Agreement Number (RA) as well as a return shipping label. Please follow the included directions carefully and before shipping ensure that ALL customs documentation is filled out correctly. The notes section must read, RETURN - CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA. Items not marked correctly will not be accepted and the return/exchange agreement will be voided. Please do not send our items back without our approval, and the RA forms we provide. Shipping costs, duties and taxes and all related fees are non-refundable, and we will subtract from the value of your exchange/return.
DUTIES & TAXES
Since we are based in Canada, it is possible your country will charge duty, brokerage fees, and taxes upon import. This is not a given, but it is possible. Sole responsibility of payment for these charges lies with the purchaser. studioradek will not refund, reimburse, or pay any or all these fees under any circumstances.
